Private Fees and Charges

Travel Vaccination Fee

We strongly recommend that you seek professional advice regarding any vaccinations required for your holiday.  This can be provided by the practice nurses or at private travel clinics.

You must ensure you have your vaccinations in good time for your holiday in order for them to take effect.  Please contact the surgery for advice, or click on the travel vaccinations tab on this website for advice and a form to complete before coming for your vaccinations. You will need to fill in a travel form detailing your holiday plans and this must be completed before an appointment can be given.

Once the Nurse has researched your destination and decided what vaccines and advice you need, she will phone you (this is your telephone consultation).

Please note: that certain vaccines are available free but some travel vaccines have charges please CLICK HERE to see the full list of vaccination available at the practice and fees.
